Friendly front desks and especially the warm smiles from the housekeeping lady who did her job amazingly well! It is wonderful to have free flow of bottled drinks, snacks and various choices of coffee 24hr. I stayed for 5 days over 2 different rooms. Very cosy bed overall, but the roof top terrace was better than first floor. The wall was not sound-proofing to keep away noise of activities outside the room, though not a concern to me. Location is a big plus and right in the centre of short walks to any nearby monuments. I did not need to use any public transport at all. I hardly comment on toiletries anywhere I stay but for this hotel, I would like to give my compliment. Very good quality products provided, particularly the body milk lotion.

The hotel is right in the center, so if you only have limited time, it is really convenient. The room was bigger than we expected, the bathroom was also convenient and clean. You could have coffee or a little snack at any time in the lobby. Overall, it was exactly what we needed for 1 night.

I have stayed in several hotels in Seville, during this trip, including two four star hotels. I loved this place. Saba is fantastic. After a request for a ground floor room, he put me right at the lobby. The lobby is warm, with cold drinks, coffee, cereal. All of this is available to guests for free. The bed was better than the beds of three of the five star hotels I stayed in during this trip. It's a minimalist room. It's very basic but was super clean with a fantastic walk in shower with excellent water pressure. It is in a fantastic location, just between the Cathedral and Metropol Parasol. I would definitely stay again.

I liked that the staff were extremely helpful and friendly, the hotel is right in the middle of everything and it was great that we could help ourselves to coffee, water, juice, croissants etc throughout the day, no need to be "up for breakfast". Great shower too.

Perfect for a layover. We arrived at midnight and left at 12 noon the next day. No frills accommodation, but has everything you need for a one or two night stay. Staff very accommodating and helpful, both before and during our trip

It was an excellent choice to stay at this hotel. Even if I try hard, it is difficult to find even a single negative. The location, the staff, the facilities were top class. The most hospitable aspect was complementary snacks - corn flakes (two types), milk, fresh fruits, very delicious chocolate filled puffs, fruit juices, mineral water bottles, and soda drinks for the guests. They were so plentiful that one could actually have a very hearty breakfast at the start of the day. All complementary. The roof top has a beautiful sitting area. It's a new building with modern fixtures.

The location was excellent so central, nice facilities and self service drinks and breakfast nice large bathroom and walk In shower, looked out onto the street very traditional with a julienne balcony, lifts to all levels.

The hotel was lovely, the staff were very helpful. There was an area where there was water, fruit juices, breakfast cereals, milk, coffee all free, which was great. Our room was small and cosy, with a private bathroom and air con. It was on the roof terrace and we had a little private area to sit out. The hotel is situated in the old town 5 mins from the cathedral. Fantastc location.

Excellent position, in a small street next to the Cathedral. Wonderful receptionists. Having free drinks (soft drinks, coffee, tea) 24/7 is an excellent amenity. Roof terace is amazing! Taxi stop is around the corner, and many good restaurants. Shping area is in 10 walking distance.

The staff was very accommodating, the location was absolutely perfect and the drinks/snacks in the lobby were an appreciated extra gesture of hospitality! Our room worked well for our group of 4 and we were very pleased!
